Fluent English Speaker
Availability to work in shifts including weekends and official holidays
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment

Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent telephone manner and a customer service mindset are prerequisites
College graduate
Good level of computer skills
Familiar with Windows, MS Office and Online communication
Previous experience in Customer Service

Provide professional support to customers via phone, e-mail and live chat
Handle customers' inquiries in a wide variety of areas
Handle trouble shooting and provide viable solutions to customers
Meet and exceed customer service levels and internal operational efficiency targets
