KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - PfB - Athens

The job holder will develop and implement sales action plans in order to achieve sales targets within budget, identify opportunities in order to further expand sales and cultivates long lasting relationships with Hospitals and Medical Centres in order to guarantee good customer relation management.

More specifically, the job responsibilities will be as follows

Planning, organizing and carrying out individual sales activities and calls/visits, ensuring optimal quality of visits, prioritization and proper use of promotional material
Establish, maintain and develop excellent and trusted professional relationships with health personnel, pharmacies, drug committees and opinion leaders, in order to achieve long term customer commitment
Effectively disseminate scientific product information and product advantages according to key marketing strategies to customers
Contribute to the development of sales strategies for company product, by identifying target accounts and opportunities within the Medical Centres/Hospitals
Monitor and report competitors' activity for his/her account and contributes to the formulation of appropriate response strategies

In this framework, candidates for this specific position must have:
3-5 years of relevant experience
Hospital Sales experience in the field of infectious diseases is desirable
University degree in Life Sciences or Business related area
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Very good PC knowledge
Ability to travel
Excellent communication skills
Critical thinking skills
