Above 2 years labour experience in projects Java (comfort in debugging, exception handling etc)
Java multi-threading
Good knowledge Eclipse or compatible IDE, SVN etc.
Mysql 5+ and Related tools
Disposal for collaboration of long duration
Desirable:
web services, XML-RPC
experience in J2EE technologies
JBoss Application Server
