Position Requirements
He/she is involved in all sales activities of the hotel
Establishes and maintains strong relationships with new and existing clients
Develops revenue growth through the acquisition of new clientele
Develops and implements business plans and sales strategies for his/her assigned product portfolio, in order to meet sales turnover and profit objectives
Identifies and develops business development opportunities in Greece and abroad
Keeps abreast with market developments, closely monitoring competition activities and their influence within trade and recommends strategies to increase sales and product awareness
Develops and coordinates pre-sales and customer service activities and provides customers with product updates on technical specifications and additional information, through newsletters and other marketing tools
Profile of candidate
Relevant degree
Minimum 3 years experience in Leisure and MICE Sales preferably within a multinational organization
Excellent command of Greek and English language and PC literacy
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
Results orientation
Initiative and Flexibility
Business understanding and commercial thinking
Ability to travel
