Pre and After Sales Engineer - Randstad SA - Athens

As a Pre and After Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Reporting directly to Sales Division Manager
Participation in Public Bids' activities
Providing support to clients (direct and indirect) both via telephone and face to face
Presentation of products and services to direct and indirect clients
Identification of client needs
Liaising with company abroad regarding products' specifications
Enhance customer relationships

The successful candidate should have the following profile:

Degree in IT will be considered an asset
Very good knowledge of Networking Technologies
Ideally previous experience in Public Bids
Very Good knowledge of English language
Very Good communication skills
Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions
Polite, patient, supportive
