Primary Function:
Works as a consulting team member on implementation projects. Duties usually performed at customer's site or in close cooperation with the customer's staff. Operates under moderate supervision. Delivers supporting help to pre-sales activities
Reports to: Professional Services Manager
Main activities (how a consultant spends his/her day)
Consulting (70%)
Solution Implementation
Solution testing/documentation
Business Analysis (supportive role)
Trains key users
Customer support (15%)
Acts as a liaison between customers and company
Coaching/Training jr.consultants (10%)
Explains and provides the business-solutions to the jr. consultants
Builds up the professional and technical profile of the jr. consultants
Customs and product development (5%)
A supportive role in monitoring the progress of the customizations and product development
Work Environment and Physical Demands: General office environment, considerable stress, frequent travel.
