JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking translators in Spanish, French, German, Italian, Polish and other 17 European languages to become a part of our dynamic team of translators. Applicants should have excellent translation skills in the science and technology or social science domains.
DUTIES:
Translation of either web material or print publishing material
Proofreading
Compilation of glossaries
Administrative tasks
PROFILE REQUIRED:
Native speaker in the target language
Excellent command of the English language? French or German would be an asset
Minimum 2 years experience in translations
Command of CAT-Tools an advantage
University degree in translation studies or other university degree and proven translation experience
Ability to write creatively
A good understanding and knowledge of societal changes/policies and science technology is considered an asset
Highly self-motivated and methodical, with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
